Infused with the herbs & flowers, grazed on by the sheep as they wander the salt-marshes of Gower. Fragrant elderflower & meadowsweet combine with aromatic gorse & heather, punctuated by juniper, with the coastal tang of rock samphire, foraged from the Gower beaches. As it distils, our gin is filtered through Welsh Berwyn blue slate that has formed over millions of years, creating a delicate minerality that symbolises the strength of the valleys, mountains and people of Wales.
